I think its time for POTUS TO declare a national energy fuel blend for reg/mid/hi test. No more “feel good” custom blends! Watch the price drop when refineries dont have to reconfigure for the custom blends. If Cali then wants their own blends let them drill offshore and refine Cali blends locally.
