As I posted (not sure if it was 15 times or not) this picture of the Seal Beach Naval Weapons ocean access goes into the Huntington Harbor, leading to a residential area of Huntington Beach called the Harbor. This ocean access is used by pleasure boaters in the area. This is not a commercial port. This is where the Naval ships come into load up ammunition from the bunkers.
This waterway goes on into an upscale neighborhood called Huntington Harbor. Very popular for paddle boarding and kayaking. Mark McGwire (https://www.britannica.com/biography/Mark-McGwire) lived in Huntington Harbor during his epic baseball summer.
