Glenn Beck labels Biden as the most corrupt VP in America’s history. If so, perhaps Biden hopes to find sanctuary in DoJ policy not to do anything to interfere in major political campaigns — a dubious policy, e.g. HRC.

I think Biden would try to find sanctuary in that DoJ policy, but what strikes me as odd is that he’s getting significant Deep State support for his effort. The DS is fanning the flames of his candidacy like he matters in the grand scheme of things.
I think the DS would throw Biden under the bus first (e.g., cannon fodder) and he’s got so much against him (touchy feely vidoes etc.), so I’m guessing Biden’s candidacy is meant to protect someone(s) who the DS wouldn’t throw under the bus first (i.e., one or more persons that matter to the DS)- that’s why I’m looking around to see how Biden could be useful in spite of himself. Or does the DS think he’s the “weakest link” in the cover up and they want to keep him out of the investigation by claiming he’s a hot candidate. Just my guess - he just doesn’t seem “worth” the DS effort being expended on his behalf right now.
Oh, I think we are saying much the same thing; Biden is like the Pied Piper, ready to lead the 'rats to the prosecutorial River Styx. What Biden appears to be dirtied by would ensnare at least half of the 'rats - and maybe some 'pubbies also.
Check the videos of Biden today - he mustered a little gusto but mostly he walked and talked like a feeble sick guy.
