A caller to the Chris Plante show this morning asked if folks were ready to have convicted criminals being brought forth, in orange jumpsuit and shackles, to serve on juries in criminal trials. She said that since jury duty selectees are drawn from voter roles, then this now enfranchised convicted criminals could be called for jury duty.
