I'm with you on that, but I'd like to ask Bernie Sanders and Kamala Harris if they think every constitutional right should apply to felons, since they think voting should. By their logic the right to keep and bear arms should also be a right felons were entitled to, certainly after they served their sentences. I am sure they think the 1st and 4th amendment applies to felons, what about the 2nd?
