For years, and maybe still, there was a contingent that suspected P&G's 'Man in the Moon' logo had some sort of satanist connection.

I'd forgotten about that. At the time, I remember similar designs from the 19th Century being pretty common and never did figure out what the big deal was. HOWEVER...

If someone had told me that P&G - or any other mega-conglomo - had hired a witch or satanist to whip up some bottom-line black magic, I would not be surprised. I was told at least a decade ago by someone who has since become virtually invisible that there were Fortune 500 companies with executives who were letting that particular camel's nose in under the tent.
