Their(scheduling/billing) left hand doesn’t know what their right hand is doing. Watch ‘em close and dot all your Is and cross your Ts.
They are the professionals but you have to proofread them. Don’t charge enough I reckon.
The paperwork is worse than the surgery. I’ve had five, one major, four minor, no issues, I did my part.
Looking forward to a positive outcome for you. The 13th will be here and gone poof just like that. Don’t sweat it, you’re in the short rows now. Things are looking up.
