Lawyers for President Donald Trump and the Trump Organization are suing House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings to block a subpoena for years of financial records from accounting firm Mazars USA.

The lawyers filed the lawsuit Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, saying the subpoena “lacks any legitimate legislative purpose, is an abuse of power, and is just another example of overreach by the president’s political opponents.”

Earlier this month, Cummings, D-Md., issued the subpoena to Mazars regarding Trump’s finances to corroborate the testimony of his former personal lawyer and fixer, Michael Cohen, in February.

Want to know what is missing from the report? Any of the memos from Comey where he is asked if there is a FISA on Flynn.

VERY IMPORTANT: Page 238 - the Report is talking about the Flynn calls to Kislyak. It states that “members” of the intelligence community were surprised that Russia didn’t retaliate and while “analyzing” their response they became aware of Flynn’s call

They state they “previously” had an investigation open into Flynn and the two calls became a “key” component of that investigation. Note citations, 103-106 MCCORD 302 7/17/17. https://thehill.com/policy/national-security/386323-house-intel-report-comey-mccabe-testified-that-the-two-agents-who … I have to assume these are FBI 302 of interviews with McCord. Interesting, no?

It seems to me there's alot of "meat" missing from this report. They know if the real truth got out, the arrests would be fast n furious. The job of Meuller and his "merry men" was to protect the dark realm and provide corrupt facts and lies to attack POTUS. It failed. Exposed.
