Though I’ve never worked in the Trump White House, today’s visit with the

felt like coming home. It’s a profound relief that this bogus investigation is over, and they made our family feel so welcome and relieved.
My parents lived in Sunnyvale, also, for a few years back in the late 70’s and early 80’s.

Gub, when I hear him talk about Donald presenting his assets one way for taxes and another way for loans, etc., this is common practice. Use different depreciation schedules, market value vs. Book value, etc. Yet the democrats seem to think it’s criminal and are using it to demand all of Trump records.

Yes, it's called a Book to Tax Reconciliation. Most businesses have different accounting for books & taxes - it is LEGAL & ALLOWABLE.
If there were any problems, the IRS would have uncovered them. In fact, I'm sure over all those years & businesses there probably were discrepancies between Trump & the IRS. Probably adjustments &/or amended tax returns were filed & additional taxes or refunds were paid, but nothing serious & no amounts currently outstanding .
Very interesting, didn’t think of original talking point as having come from GB but knew one must have gone out.
