What inspires our Millennials?

I was educated in the 50s and 60s and Cromwell’s speech is perfectly understandable to me. I’m afraid Millennials would need footnotes to get it.

When I was a kid, the King James Bible was common knowledge throughout the English-speaking world—even for people who never set foot in a church. We have lost that touchstone of our common culture.

I don’t know at this point because they are are not taught history other than PC garbage and most can’t remember it anyway. I work at a community college and am watching many students who graduated with my daughter last year with all sorts of academic honors, high GPA’s and scholarships to four year universities show up having washed out after the fall semester.
