This guy has a history, THAT INCLUDES THROWING THINGS FROM THE TOP FLOOR IN THE MALL. In 2015 he was arrested as having done that. He seems to have a penchant for tossing things from up high in the mall.

I’d say the mall is in some very hot water, at least from one mother of a civil suit.
