Respectfully, Harley is Catholic (as am I)...we have a different relationship with Mary.
For me, Mary is my "inside friend with connections". She survived a teenage son who was a bit of a rebel, always going on walkabout, and her always having to wait for him or chase him down. So, she gets teenage boy drama. So I ask her to intercede with her Son on behalf of my son.
Understand the Catholic perspective as I was raised a Catholic. All men and women are sinners...thus I can only pray to a sinless lord and savior.
