I hope this isn't true -- and I especially hope Beslan wasn't a CIA op. If it was, I'm surprised WW III didn't happen. Unless of course Russia already knew that CIA ≠ USA.
Islam alone, all by its little self, is causing, does cause, and has caused terrorism all over the planet for 1400 years. Putin knows that; he made that statement for some reason. The CIA does not control Islam. The CIA may have influenced some attacks, or turned a blind eye, or helped some along, but Islam has no need of the CIA to do what it has done habitually through the centuries.
The reason there are 2 billions mohammedans and over 100 mohammedan run countries is because of their terrorism.
