Barr just nuked Qanon. He announced his spying investigation publicly. There was never any secret investigation, nor ever a reason for one to be kept secret. No secret Huber grand jury. Mueller wasnt a "white hat." There are no sealed indictments. Barr begins now.

US Attorney Huber doesn't work for the Inspector General, which is an independent office...by design!
US Attorney Huber worked for the fired AG Jeff Sessions, and it should come as no surprise to anyone with an IQ above room temperature that he'd be at a meeting of US Attorneys welcoming the new AG Bill Barr.
Also, US Attorney Huber has never filed a report on his secret "investigation" for Sessions and his only scheduled appearance before the House Oversight Committee was cancelled.
-btw even the notion that the Inspector General's office is going to generate a slew of criminal indictments is absurd.
The Inspector General's Midterm report cited clear evidence that fired Deputy Attorney General McCabe lied under oath and obstructed on at least two occasions.
That report was issued two years ago and McCabe has never been indicted.
