I doubt it. Her money was small change, and if she plays ball, she’ll get 500hrs community service. All she did was trick the test, none of that other bribery stuff. At least so far. I think 500hrs of shoveling crap, picking up needles, used rubbers, and cleaning up camp sites is probably worse than prison. Maybe she could take in a couple dozen homeless people for a while. Oh, boy, what a great idea.

These are federal prosecutors and they have already stated in their original presser that this is a serious crime and people are going to jail. After the whole Jussie Smollet debacle, I can't see them going soft. What would be the prosecutors motivation for giving Huffman a light sentence? They probably told her the same thing they told everyone else, plead now to these charges or we're going back to get even more charges. These guys are playing hardball and I think everyone is doing time.
