My brother worked (Electronics Engineer) for a huge electronics company in Texas that developed chips for computers. Major client was the gubmint. In the late 70’s through most of the 80’s he kept telling me he couldn’t tell me what he did. In the late 80’s he finally told me that they had developed hardware to collect all electronic and voice communications of everyone in the U.S. going back into the late 70’s. Looks like they are collecting conversations in our homes. Doesn’t surprise me a bit. Your television speakers can do this when the TV isn’t on. Why do you think they just built the HUGE data storage facility out west? May be just lucky that the transfer accidentally exposed this data.

He “misspoke” - hardware was used to collect all electronic and voice communications of everything and everyone in the U.S. and overseas going back into the 60s or a bit earlier. He just made smaller versions of existing items.
Unless you are privy to some SAP, you have no idea what the storage facility is, does, or stores - if it does any of that. Just hysterical speculation.
And before anyone gets on their NSA high-horse, the Russians, the Chinese, and perhaps others record all the same personal data within the US without any restrictions ...

LOL, when I mentioned something about the big Gooogul facilities (2 huge buildings) many, many years ago, a couple of folks I worked with just scoffed and said something akin to “black helicopters”.
As an aside, I’ve never been a “black helicopter” person, LOL. Then one morning as I was driving into work, on the radio comes the Hollywood Reporter (the guy who reported on Obama’s non-existent b/c and then pretended he didn’t, even after being played recordings of himself saying it) talking about ..... black helicopters - Denver, DNC Convention preparations - 2008, I think it was. The Hollywood Reporter guy said he knew Neil Abercrombie personally.
There used to be some good videos on YouTube, but then....
Guys landing in MD500’s, armed men, helo’s landing on rooftops - there was a report of at least one landing in a grocery store parking lot.
I suppose they were preparing for potential riots in Denver when Hillary was not to be the nominee. At least that was my guess back then.
On Saturday and Sunday, OANN ran a documentary, “Surveillance”, about exactly that. The beginning scene was from the ‘70s predicting what’s going on now. We DVRed it, but haven’t finished it because it’s so disturbing we can only watch in short segments.
