Next step would be for POTUS to stop playing nice and tell the ninth circuit what Pres Andy Jackson told the Supremes, “Come and enforce your judgement, if you can”.... Then ignore the overstepping judges and carry out the enforcement of the law, using the US mil to repel boarders at the border! NO INVADERS ALLOWED! MAGA!
