It means that we just witnessed a massive healthcare fraud scheme, prosectuted by the DOJ and US Attorneys - while working with???? THE HHS OIG. The OIG?!?! So, basically the same model as Huber and Horowitz, demonstrated for us clearly using another department.

Most people aren’t paying attention to the HHS OIG. So they weren’t watching as that office joined with the DOJ and provided the chops to PROSECUTE AND INDICT. Remember this.
Looks like an opportunity for a third party clearing house.
Send the payments to xyz co. in the Bahamas (or wherever) they in turn, forward them to mexico.

Somehow, I don’t think it was Kirstjen Neilson who thought of this bright idea to collect on immigrants “remittances” to Mexico. Nor Neilson’s idea to make border officers into judges.
Neilson should have cleaned house at DHS Swamp embeds.
Maybe the Acting Director will get that job done.
