YouTube is now so big, and so influential, that it is essentially a public utility. So YouTube must act in the public interest (minimal censorship). If YouTube can’t do that, it should be treated as a monopoly and broken up.
Completely agree. It is time. They did this to themselves.
We need our Bill of Rights to apply to any social media site that behaves as virtual public space. The same rules should apply as a physical public space. Otherwise make it a private paid account.
