I can’t remember when Gen Flynn’s hearing schedule is, the word “May” comes to mind but I could be wrong. I know it has been said “He has a story to tell and he wants to tell it”.

Gen. Flynn asked for a continuance so he could testify at a trial.

A trial in the EDVA case is scheduled to begin on July 16, 2019. Accordingly, the defendant respectfully requests that the parties provide a status report within 90 days.

there's no Flynn scheduled thru the end of the year for Judge Emmet Sullivan or any judge in the DC District Court.
