Barr told her twice he has said what he will say and won’t say any more till the Mueller report comes out and then he will be happy to answer questions.
She wanted to know if the WH has viewed the report, he didn’t answer her.
Rudy has said that they haven’t.

My take on our President’s uptick is that peeps are sick and tired of the dims continuing collusion/obstruction crap, keep it up dims at your own peril.
Also, the stuff that all the dims are running on is not exactly mainstream, just a bunch of pandering garbage.
