Isn’t a HATE crime a federal offense, this guy CLEARLY stated this was a so called hate crime right up to the noose around his neck!!!
The only way Smollett can do any damage is if they make a martyr of him.
They should compute the cost to the Chicago PD for the investigation and
attach a lien to his assets until it’s paid back - time to move on.
The one that needs to be investigated is Foxx - she’s the one to get.

But I know they loved having something else to talk about other than Trump winning.
Don’t get me wrong, I’d like nothing less to see Smollett on trial. But investigate him for what?
Hate crime is also a state crime, and he made his complaint to the Chicago PD.
