My thoughts as well. I had almost forgotten about this case, and now it is not only front and center again, but the ‘fix’ for the elitist is there for all to see.
It exposes TWO types of justice in this country today;
-That that deals with the elite who can get away with destruction of evidence under congressional subpoena like Clinton, or fabricating racist attacks to smear political adversaries like Smollett,
-and the type of justice which is much less forgiving the rest of us peons have to live under.
I just hope Smollett’s accusations don’t lead to a false indictment of some innocent people. The left can justify that though.
I have to agree, this will be remembered longer and much more antagonistically than if he had been punished accordingly.
