I think most people would be fine with an 85 year old Justice who just completed surgery to be in a wheelchair. Whatever is wrong with her is much much worse.
Maybe in a bed with breathing tubes? Perhaps absolutely wasting away? Or like I suggested before, she is a brain in a jar.
I hear her speaking, is there something more we’re supposed to pick up on like she misstated something... I thought that at one time. I don’t think she sounds dramatically different than when I’ve otherwise heard her but does sound like her words are slurring at times. She’s focused on the race of jurors in the case.
