Yup there are a bunch of people that are screwed cause of the woods procedures,
Because the FISA court is secret it is the only court that you don’t get to defend yourself, so the woods procedures were put in place to protect you and act like your lawyer even though you are never told they are investigating you.
And they all signed off that they had followed those procedures and they didn’t.
Speaking of the FISA court I remember reading somewhere that it was waiting on the OIG report. What it’s waiting for and what they will do based upon it I do not know but it is worth thinking about in all of this.
