IMO [RR] can*NOT* be a Black Hat given what we know now and what’s transpired.
If [RR] was Black Hat he’d have refused to sign off on Barr letter, we’d instead have news stories about how D_J was trying to cover up Mule report, etc., etc.
I’m still not sure exactly what all these roles are but I don’t see how [RR] can be blackest of the black, as I’ve considered at times, when the Mule has dropped and the PLAN continues unabated. TBD ;)
At this point, he is [controlled] and [cooperating]. Probably under threat of prosecution.Like the Ohrs, Page, Baker. Not a white hat. He created and then supervised an espionage operation against the US President, bugging his offices and all his associates. Read the Barr letter and Sundance article. The scale of the surveillance and investigation is mind-boggling.
