To Cletus: I actually agree with you. The appointment of an SC can waste a lot of time. Although it puts the coup matter in the hands of a 3rd party leaving Barr and POTUS as semi-neutral parties, it also delays justice.


But the original question is, “Can a newly appointed Special Prosecutor use information previously collected by IG Horowitz and Huber to make his case against the deep state derps? That could make for a Quick, tidy way to indict and then prosecute the black hats.

The question is irrelevant as Barr can certainly use the materials from Huber and Horowitz.

Barr needs to prosecute and not pawn it off to an SC.

Barr is the chief prosecutor in the US. He does not need a ‘buffer’.

I like this approach if it’s legal .... I suspect it is as previous investigations would be official “records” .....
