what does Q mean by “bake your noodle”?

I'm thinking it means the same as THINK or maybe a variation of "blow your mind"?

let’s not forget about POTUS going into office and first having the WH totally redone to the degree they were removing stuff from the walls ... there were discussions of listening devices & such microwave / hearing weapons having been embedded there.
