After Mueller’s Exoneration of Trump, Full Disclosure
Andrew McCarthy ^ | 3/23/19

Posted on 03/23/2019 2:49:54 PM PDT by Cassius Flavia Agrippa

It has been conclusively proven several hundred billion times that dozens if not hundreds of democrats attempted the first-ever political coup in this nation's history.

The evidence is staggering, overwhelming, absolutely conclusive.

Yet, NOTHING WILL EVER!!!! BE DONE ABOUT IT.

Period.

just may be the biggest scandal of our nation’s short history.

Usurpation Day, January 20, 2009 when both parties conspired to ignore the Constitution and swear in an ineligible man takes that cake and made all the other crimes possible.

Barack Obama is NOT a natural born citizen.

“Would be nice if trump, NOW EXONERATED, ordered an investigation.”

i’d be willing to bet that Mueller’s report will say that he wanted to indict Trump for collusion, but that current law doesn’t allow it? what do you guess?

“I will appoint a special prosecutor... “

I see you don't know the law either.
See 90.
The Attorney General, or in cases in which the Attorney General is recused, the Acting Attorney General, will appoint a Special Counsel...

POTUS can't appoint a special counsel/prosecutor.

“Conservatives are too busy.....”

I think you have determined what the real problem is, apathy and self-indulgence. Decent people had better take a good look around, and start voting intelligently, because as you can see in country after country ( Venezuela is an excellent example) once “Socialism/Marxism” takes hold, getting rid of it takes a long time because these people do not give up without a fight. Look at Maduro! Who is going to put the bullet in his head that will ultimately be necessary to start the process of returning to Democracy in Venezuela? And how about the “good people” there who were willing to vote for Chavez when their country was the most prosperous in all of South America. Will that happen here? As I see it, it could.

No shit, Sherlock!
So you want him to violate the very law he is supposed to uphold and give the Dems the hammer to hit him with?!

And PLEASE! Wikipedia? Read THE LAW in reply 90.

The Attorney General, or in cases in which the Attorney General is recused, the Acting Attorney General, will appoint a Special Counsel...

He's POTUS, not King.

Hell, even your Wiki link shows that you don't know what you're talking about.

In 1999, the Department of Justice under Attorney General Janet Reno promulgated regulations for the future appointment of special counsels. As of 2018, these regulations remain in effect in the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 28, part 600 (28 CFR §600).[6] The regulations restrict the power to fire the special counsel into the hands of the attorney general alone, and they forbid the firing of the special counsel without good cause. They are internal Department of Justice regulations deriving their power from various acts of Congress, such as U.S. Code, Title 28, section 510 (28 U.S.C. 510).[20] Congress has the power to directly limit the firing of special counsels or to delegate that power to the Attorney General. An agency regulation promulgated within the authority granted by statute has the force and effect of law, is binding upon the body that issues it, and can't be arbitrarily revoked.[13]
The existence of a law or regulations specifying the process to appoint a special counsel has not stopped the attorney general (or acting attorney general) from using their statutory authority to appoint a special counsel by other means, as has happened twice. Despite the passage of the Ethics in Government Act the previous year, Paul Curran was appointed to investigate Jimmy Carter's peanut business in 1979 under the attorney general's statutory authority (and was selected by him rather than by a three-judge panel as under the law), ostensibly because the alleged wrongdoing preceded the passage of the act.[8] Patrick Fitzgerald's appointment as special counsel in 2003 was specifically not made under the 28 CFR 600 regulation.[21] The special counsel regulations specify that a special counsel must be a lawyer from outside the US government, while Fitzgerald was already a federal prosecutor at the time of his appointment.

28 CFR §600...the very law I linked to in reply 90.

Who is the fricken goron now?

“There could be a dozen grand juries and nobody would know about it.”

And there also a good chance that there are NO Grand Juries doing anything too, and you would also not know it. Until I see a couple of key people being indicted, I’m not at all convinced that the DOJ has any intention of investigating itself. Face it, there is a mountain of evidence that’s been available to the DOJ for a couple of years now. Admittedly, Barr has barely had time to warm his chair and Sessions was part of the Deep State ( and I hope the little f*cker dies shortly for what he did to Trump).

I sure don't see you stating that POTUS can appoint a special counsel any longer.
If he can then show me that he can. Prove that I am, don't just say that I am.

I’m going to send you a magic wand. You’ll find it more useful than your proposed lawsuit.

Keep your magic wand

The lawsuit I mentioned is not about something that's accepted and an everyday reality and voted on, even if indirectly voted on by our representatives. An attempt to undo a presidential election via false premises, is not an everyday occurrence, and it's not accepted, and it's not how the real world works, at least not in the U.S. What occurred for the last 2 1/2 years is called sedition, which is in no way compares to taxation or regulations. It's something that's part of the constitution, meaning that, the people were authorized to vote or not for a candidate, and attempting to undo the results of an election through a conspiracy and collusion and a completely fraudulent document, is called sedition. Sedition is in no way comparable to taxation or regular lawful actions.

What law idiot?
The same one I directed you to earlier. This law, dumb ass!

Title 28 - Judicial Administration PART 600—GENERAL POWERS OF SPECIAL COUNSEL
§ 600.1 Grounds for appointing a Special Counsel.
The Attorney General, or in cases in which the Attorney General is recused, the Acting Attorney General, will appoint a Special Counsel when he or she determines that criminal investigation of a person or matter is warranted and—

(a) That investigation or prosecution of that person or matter by a United States Attorney's Office or litigating Division of the Department of Justice would present a conflict of interest for the Department or other extraordinary circumstances; and
(b) That under the circumstances, it would be in the public interest to appoint an outside Special Counsel to assume responsibility for the matter.

Separation of powers
And that means what?
an act of vesting the legislative, executive, and judicial powers of government in separate bodies.

Are you saying that POTUS can make his own laws or that he has to follow and enforce the laws Congress enacted...like 28 CFR §600...under the separation of powers doctrine as is his responsibility under that doctrine as the chief law enforcement officer?
