Download the templates in the style you like, re-use a 3 ring binder, use a binder clip to hold index cards for portable lists. Get a notebook to write things down that you can add later to your planner.
I used to use a computer but I found I could not remember anything so I switched to paper and fountain pens.
I used to have a planner. I was real good at writing stuff down in it. Real organized about that.
To the best of my memory, I never once read anything out of it though.
