Yes baling wire will fix so many things. Now most farmers use twine on their hay, it is handy for a few things but no comparison to wire. Now we have to buy baling wire in rolls, and it is not the same wire but still useful as can be.
Go to a farm store. They have electric fence wire from thin to very thick in handy size coils.
Twine is safer for stock. I still buy rolls of tie wire myself. :)
