I actually feel sorry for the kid, even if she did know about the cheating.
She DID NOT want to go to college in the first place - she had a great business going and didn’t need to waste her time there. But her PARENTS, I guess, just couldn’t bear the thought of having to explain away their kids slacking off at ‘socials’, and so they had to do something about it.
Think about it - it’s the equivalent of the parents buying a Tesla - not because it’s practical (it isn’t), not because it’s fast (doesn’t do much good in LA, or most of the country), not because it has a lot of room (the battery takes up most of it) - but because they can HOLD THEIR HEADS HIGH in their social circles, and look down on anyone who does not have that 6,000 pound car, in other words, the people who are DESTROYING THE PLANET.
No different here.
Wonder if they would be banned from the USC yacht. Now that would be punishment.
