Just read the ammendment to Obama’s EO that POTUS signed on March 15. Barack’s EO targeted transnational groups engaging in crime defined thusly:
“ongoing pattern of serious criminal activity involving the jurisdictions of at least two foreign states; and that threatens the national security, foreign policy, or economy of the United States.”
Yesterday, POTUS improved Obamas EO to specify “ongoing pattern of serious criminal activity involving the jurisdictions of at least two foreign states, or one foreign state and the United States; and that threatens the national security, foreign policy, or economy of the United States.”
Much bigger net. Obama worded the original to protect many. Just one more reason swamp creatures like Diane Feinstein, Hillary Clinton, etc. probably didn’t sleep last night...

PDJT’s version of the EO added the word 0 left off- “domestic” as in “enemies foreign and domestic”.
