The Hallmark Channel has cut ties with favored actress Lori Loughlin after she was charged in the college bribery scandal. Hallmark said it was 'saddened' by the allegations involving the actress and revealed on Thursday the network would no longer be working with her. It has no plans for her to return for season five of Fuller House - which she guest starred in - and have cancelled Sunday's episode of When Calls the Heart while it reviews her role.

Of course, as shown by Venezuela, and others, it won’t work and there will still be the few manipulating the system for themselves.

Yes, it would not be surprising that the ones who wrote for the Norman Lear shows like “All in the Family” circa 1971 were probably ones who had been in trouble with the HUAC back all of those years earlier or certainly were connected with ones who were.

Seems to me that LL and family are suffering more consequences than others. Is it because they made some donations to Republicans in the past or failed to rant about Trump? What’s happening to others involved?

I believe that’s the reason — their donations to GOP. However, I have read that LL’s Twitter, while it lived, had strong anti-Trump posts. Don’t know; don’t do Twitter.
One thing that surprises me is that Alec Baldwin’s name isn’t on the list. Seems like the kind of thing he would do. Or maybe his spawn are smart enough to get in on their own merits.

Exactly. Seems like only Lori is being punished. Lori our of hallmark and Netflix. Loris husband out of target. Loris daughter out of sabora. Loris two girls out of USC. Hmmmmmm. Nothing for felicity or the 48 men. Interesting that Lori and her husband are republicans and the only ones being held accountable. Yeah she screwed up but I really think this has gotten ridiculously out of control.
How many hundreds of supposedly well-known celebrities and business leaders (no politicians, of course) have they told us are implicated in this “scandal”? How is it that Lori Loughlin, not exactly an A-lister, has become the face of the whole thing?
It is good to know that our political “leaders” are above reproach and that none of them have pulled strings to get little Jimmy or Suzy into elite schools... /S

Her husband is worth 80 million and she is worth 8 million. I suppose if they need the 341 dollars a week (the max), she can apply for it.
So that should last them, what, a couple of months in LA???
