Those are fairly small amounts for those shareholders. It is common for insiders to have a program to sell periodically so they can diversify their holdings and not be so at risk from one stock price. Not saying they are not derps who are jumping ship, but just that the numbers in this one report are not necessarily unusual.
Why would they be selling when stock price is down? Even a program wouldn’t do that.
