Why would you post a forbidden link? That you know is forbidden?
Because the rationale for forbidding the source is not violated. The link is to a single pdf file of the shoter, and does not expose the reader to the forbidden website.
Actually, becuase I think the raw inforamtion is useful to rational people, and posting the link doesn't offend JR's principles.
