Are all people the same, or does a few ppm of melanin per cubic centimeter of epidermis make people different? If they are different, what is the nature of the differences? If they are the same, why do we need to treat them different? Why do they need special help to accomplish things that others simply just do? I don’t get it.
What I judge people on starts with character/honesty, self sufficiency, intelligence/capability...and skin pigment is not on my list.
The "ppm" already includes the concept of "per unit."
