Maybe true but they didnt help the Colonies out against England. And the US had to liberate France in Ww2 and we helped in WW1, so history just not recent history.

Interesting factoid. The French have actually won the most wars in history. Europe was able to become Europe thanks in large part to Charles Martel and the Battle of Tours. Until Angela Merkel decided to give it away.
