Or do they intersect somehow? Please explain, keeping in mind that is a forbidden topic.
They just didn't want to talk about it and hoped that POTUS wouldn't be in office any more and they could shut it all down!

If I were Huber I’d hire a body guard. Investigating the Clintons is risky.
a.) Congress sent requests to investigage to the DOJ = FACT.
b.) Sessions, through Whitaker, sent orders to Huber to investigate = FACT.
The only MYTH would be believing that Huber did NOT and has NOT conducted investigations as ordered.

In October, four members of Congress urged the U.S. Treasury Department to block plans by Uranium One to sell majority ownership to the mining company, Atomredmetzoloto (ARMZ), whose parent company is Rosatom, the Russian nuclear agency, to protect national security. Since then, the Treasury Department has approved Uranium One's plans, as has the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the Utah Division of Radiation Control. All of this is planned and orchestrated beautifully by the Maestro. Sessions had a role to play. He feigned incompetence, because no incoming AG was going to automatically turn around and put handcuffs on the Obamas and Clintons on 01/21, while the Deep State still infested government.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton facilitated a uranium exchange with Russian law enforcement by former FBI Director (and current chief Deep State inquisitor) Robert Mueller. The exchange was exposed via a recent Wikileaks publication of a secret cable between Hillary’s State Department and the Russian embassy.
Hillary sent Mueller to Moscow with orders to turn over a 10 gram sample of highly enriched uranium (HEU) which was obtained during a shadowy 2006 nuclear “sting” operation conducted in the Georgian Republic. The ostensible reason for the transfer was to engender further trust between Russian and American law enforcement in the area of nuclear materials and to learn more about how to trace nuclear materials. But when it comes to Hillary and Russian uranium interests, the shady Uranium One deal cannot pass unnoted.
There still has been no real investigation into how Hillary gave permission for a Russian company to acquire a quarter of the North American uranium reserves after Russian interests poured hundreds of millions into the Clinton Foundation and gave Bill Clinton six figure speaking fees. At the very least, this exchange raises serious questions about the ability of Robert Mueller to do his job as special prosecutor on the Russian collusion charges since he already has connections to major figures in Russian law enforcement. Sessions directs prosecutors to 'evaluate certain issues' involving Uranium One and Clinton, leaves door open on special counsel
In a letter first obtained by Fox News, the Justice Department responded to July 27 and September 26 requests from House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., and other committee members, who called for the appointment of a special counsel to investigate the matters in question.
A request, eh? How proper.

We’ll see. I seem to remember the “thorough” investigation the FBI did of HIllary’s emails which entailed: 1) not swearing her testimony under oath; 2) losing what was written down as to what she testified to; 3) not demanding notebook computers whose hard drives are now smashed; and 4) letting her decide on her own that 30,000 emails were not relevant and didn’t need to be turned over as they dealt with yoga, her daughter’s wedding, etc.
Yes, a very thorough “investigation”.

The New York Times April 2015 published an article about the Clinton Foundation, its receipt of millions of dollars from foreign governments and other interests, and the U.S. government's involvement in Russia's stated goal to expand its control of the world's uranium market. All while Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State. The NY Times didn't reach a conclusion, but one question looms very large:
As Secretary of State, did Hillary influence an international deal giving a Russian company 20% ownership of America's uranium production, in return for millions of dollars of cash donations to the Clinton Foundation?
Here is a list of 11 questionable items forming a chain of events:
1. September of 2005: Canadian Frank Giustra visits Kazakhstan with Bill Clinton. Days later, his company UrAsia wins a major uranium deal with the country.
2. 2006: Giustra donates $31 million to the Clinton Foundation.
3. February 2007: UrAsia merges with Uranium One and expands into the U.S..
4. June 2008: Russian atomic agency Rosatom begins talks to acquire Uranium One.
5. 2008 to 2010: Uranium One and UrAsia investors donate $8.65 million to Clinton Foundation.
6. June 2009: Rosatom acquires 17% of Uranium One.
7. 2010 to 2011: Millions more donated by Uranium One investors to Clinton Foundation.
8. June 2010: Rosatom requests Committee on Foreign Investment (of which the State Department is a member and its approval is needed) to approve a majority ownership in Uranium One, PROMISING NOT TO PURCHASE 100% of it, NOR TAKE IT PRIVATE.
9. June 2010: Bill Clinton receives $500,000 to speak at a conference held by the Russian investment bank involved in the Rosatom transactions.
10. October 2010: Committee APPROVES Rosatom's request to ACQUIRE A MAJORITY SHARE in Uranium One.
11. January 2013: Rosatom PURCHASES REMAINDER of Uranium One and takes it PRIVATE!.
