She's following the Northam strategy of waiting it out, but she's doing her best to obfuscate by changing the narrative on a daily basis.

Between her original comments and now, she's gotten the Democrats to pass a sham resolution that discredits 50 years of party relations, she's gotten the party leaders to fold in a way they refused to do against President Trump, she dissed Obama, and she's built up a freshman alliance that is poised to take over the party.

All of this is because Americans of all stripes are afraid to confront Muslim incursion.
