I like saccharine aka sweet n low. It dissolves almost instantly, doesn't need to be fluffed n filled to sell. Doesn't have a funky flavor.
Just don't try baking or cooking with it, then it gets an awful taste. Monkfruit seem to be the best for cooking purposes.

Amen. I’ve been using saccharine for twenty years or more and have no complaint. I encountered stevia when I worked in Brazil/Paraguay. It’s much too sweet for my taste. Sorbitol gives me explosive runs.
