I get a physical once a year - been going to the same doctor at the same medical practice for 15 years. Several years ago, Dr. C started pushing me to get the flu, hepatis B, whooping cough vacs, etc. I always said “no thanks” and had to listen to his lecture about vacs along with his threat to stop treating me. About 4 years ago, I received a letter from him that he would no longer treat me and to find a new MD. When my next physical was due, I got a notice from the same medical practice with a new doctor’s name so I made an appointment and have been seeing Dr. L since at the same medical practice!. Although she asks me on each visit about the vacs, she accepts my refusal.

I’ve had a friend who didn’t want to vaccinate her children and the clinic refused to treat her kids and threatened to turn her in to CPS.
