I may have figured it out. I sometimes browse with IE11 and sometimes Firefox. I am using Firefox right now, and I just clicked on a little arrow in the top right area, to check progress of downloads, and it shows that it had completed the download.
So then I clicked on that, and it asked it I wanted to start the installer. I did, and I think it is in the process now. Fingers crossed. Thanks!

My guess is that it just downloaded the installer into your Downloads folder. Open it up and run that installer.

Yep, I looked in my downloads folder and there it was. Clicked on that, and it finished up. Brought up a little screen to type in my username and password. I copied and pasted them from the e-mail that they sent. Message comes up saying it is invalid. Tried it three times. No joy. This is frustrating. Everything I’ve read about PIA says they are great, I just can’t seem to get in to find out for myself, lol.

As for me, I use Avast vpn, it works properly and pretty quickly. https://cooltechzone.com/avast-free-vpn Programming is not my cup of tea, so I just leave an article here if anyone’s interested. But really, the best one I’ve tried so far.
