Team Donkey is really over-reaching on that lawsuit. The thing is that everyone being sued gets discovery, that is they can turn around and ask the DNC questions, either via document requests or via depositions.
So for sure people like John Podesta, Donna Brazile, Dabbie Wasserman-Shultz are all going to have to sit for depositions - many many of them because Roger Stone is unlikely to have the same lawyer as the Russian Federation or Paul Manafort, or George Papadopolous.
So, maybe some good will come out of it, but more likely I bet they drop it when the discovery becomes too burdensome.
