prom attendees must take school-provided and chaperoned coach buses to and from the venue in June.

There is a good use of tax-payer funds!

It is vital to the student’s education that no one feels superior or inferior to some one else.

I suppose the school will decide which kids will be on which bus too so feelings wont be hurt if someone is on the wrong bus. This is just a way to end Prom. Many schools and towns want to end Prom and this is the way to do it.My daughter’s high school had the Prom in the school with a lock down overnight carnival type party following. It lasted one year. Now the school doesn’thave a Prom due to lack of interest. If you want to end something just ruin it so nobody wants to participate.
