The liar media are making a lie. Don’t fall for it.
In addition to California’s rogue Judge Chen, there are other federal lawsuits including lefty Judge Kunst from New York who ruled after Chen.
The Trump Administration is waiting for all these lefty lower courts to wrap up their hearings. The liar media lie that there is no response from the WH but they omit the bigger picture.

3rd para. under DATES, posted YESTERDAY:
“In the event the preliminary injunction is reversed and that reversal becomes final, DHS will allow for an orderly transition period, as described in the “Possible Future Action” section of this Notice.”
Because there are several lefty judges passing these preliminary injunctions and a few more are hearing arguments, the hearing to argue for reversing the injunction is continued until all have ruled. This is standard legal procedure.
But that won’t stop the liar media from doing a premature victory lap for their followers and at the same time sowing division in the Trump camp.
Don’t fall for it. Check everything, question everything.
