Here Here! Can I be the first to say it, if this thing bears out as I believe it will. Adm Mike Rogers should be recommended for the Congressional Metal of Honor with oak clusters. He I believe is the personification of a hero and patriot. Furthermore Bags should be recommended for a Distinguished Service Metal for his service to the Q movement and Oracle duties. Ransomnote should also be similarly recommended.

Hardly, he didn't do anything beyond the call of duty. If he doesn't already have a Distinguished Service Medal I could see that.
