You don't have to be a researcher. There are plenty of job openings here. I'm not a researcher at all. Hate it. Too lazy.
The world needs analysts, puzzle solvers, commentators, kibitzers, back seat drivers, grammar Nazis, porpoise porn posters (PPP), owl obsessed Qanteen owners, wise-crackers, morale boosters, prayer warriors, fringe elements, people that say the darndest things, meme makers, culture warriors, really really old people, young people, squares, hep cats. And more.
Oh yea, and dot connectors. People who can absorb it all and see the true story and articulate it in an understandable way. Troll hunters, pretty people, ugly people, fat kids, skinny kids, kids who climb on rocks....hell, we even take kids with chicken pox.
People of color, people of no color, people of multi-color. Whatever your specialty, and everybody has a specialty, rest assured that one day, you will have the answer when nobody else does.
This saving the earth thing is for everybody. Even you.
