My warning someone of your spiritual arrogance is not the same as the Pharisees criticism of Jesus.
But I notice that’s a very typical card for someone to play, accusing the other person of being a pharisee, by someone who has been shown to be in error. Keeps the accuser from actually having to defend their position.
I am not into the kind of spiritual deception you engage in.

All spiritual claims, yours included, are to be evaluated by the sound doctrine of Scripture (i.e. the Holy Spirit!), discerned uprightly and not by subterfuge or teasing out obscure meanings.
The Pharisee Card is the oldest trick in the book, not as used by the Lord Jesus, but as used by those who refuse correction or want to forestall disagreement with a pat judgment.
I’ve never accepted your claims of otherworldy intrigue, but attacking Bob for “pride” seems out of character for you based on the many posts you’ve written. What is your point in this?

My warning to Bob has been a 30+ year battle for me and every single person whom I have met or worked with in similar circumstances. It is a natural part of the journey of the soul. I’ve worked with hundreds of people who have had similar near death experiences. My exact warning was, “Pride in your experience is poison.” It is true for me and anyone trying to grow closer to God.
My warnings are offered in Love and are not impositions. Each person is free to select their own path. As I mentioned earlier in this thread.
I agree 100% with your statement about using sound doctrine as a test and measure.
The Pharisee card is a good analogy for people who are rigid loyalists in their own opinions, whether right or wrong they will attack the messenger who disagrees with them in any opinion without looking at the total context, scripture, supporting scientific evidence.
My statement on pride to Bob was based upon his previous statements to me. His attack statement on me was a reflection of where he is at personally. I was merely pointing it out. My very first post was warning him against pride. Over and over, people with profound spiritual experiences begin to think that they are special. This is normal, but destructive and painful to spiritual growth.
After many years, I was recently guided to go public with the scientific knowledge supporting the Biblical teachings of Jesus. This past week I presented on the Neuroscience of Prayer and Meditation at the Duke University Medical School Hospital. Next weekend I am presenting in Farmington, CT at UCONN Medical School, and previously at Johns Hopkins.
I am a Christian, but also a scientist and a skeptic. From your perspective, I would agree with you and not believe me without proof. That is what I offer in the presentations. I prefer to present to medical researchers, psychiatrists, and neuroscientists. I also invite the atheists, agnostics, and freethinkers.
