In Columbus, Ohio there are 1000s of entry level job openings. There are many warehouses close to this Sonic, begging for workers.You don't 'beg' for workers you offer more money to get workers. It's called supply and demand.

As usual central, you're completely wrong. There are literally thousands of unfilled entry level jobs open in Columbus right now and some of them, like what EC pointed out, are literally begging for people even with increased wages. Columbus is as close to full employment as I can ever remember it right now. It's more than just factory and entry-level jobs too.
